Job Title : Civil Engineer – Land Development

Location : Clearwater, FL

Job Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer – Land Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in land development engineering and permitting, along with strong project coordination and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and permitting of civil engineering projects, including :
  • Water distribution systems
  • Sanitary sewer systems
  • Stormwater management
  • Paving, grading, and site layout / design
  • Manage and assist a civil design team on multiple projects for large commercial clients nationwide.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, technical documentation, and permit applications as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development engineering and permitting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with other CADD tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Florida Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) License preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
