Regular Full Time Engineer 3 / General Maintenance(PM)

Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for our Engineering team in the role General Maintenance.

What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

• We're looking for an experienced individual with solid knowledge and experience in general maintenance who has a genuine, caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possesses integrity and accountability.
• An individual who while still maintaining a strong presence within the resort, lets their personality shine through and can be themselves.
• They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest that are ethical and within policy to create an experience and truly connect with them.
• They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.
• You have the physical ability to work outside in all levels of environmental temperatures.
• You have 2 + years of solid experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and general repairs preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• The ability to lift, bend, carry and climb to complete jobs assigned.
• You love working in a team environment and know that teamwork is key!
• Your schedule is flexible and you have the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.
• This position pays $22.15 hr.
