This role is ideal for a training professional who excels in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences and technical documentation for system users!You will lead training projects, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Your work will directly support clients by ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to use our systems effectively.### Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain e-learning modules, instructional videos, in-app guidance, and technical documentation for the Voyager system.
• Facilitate virtual webinars and occasional in-person training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings to stay informed on system enhancements and translate updates into training materials.
• Create and manage project plans to ensure timely updates to all training resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, relationship managers, and business partners to complete training initiatives.
• Analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Lead meetings and communicate progress on training projects across departments.
• Provide analytical support and cost analysis for training-related initiatives.### Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Typically five to eight years of related experience .### Preferred Skills / Experience
• Advanced knowledge of corporate payment systems or similar business line.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
