\nfrom the hospital's service area. General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be\nonline CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete the\ncompliance documents by the deadline. Please include in the confirmation : 16 hours of\nnonbillable orientation. Hospital can\ncancel / call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the\nemployed 36 / 36 or 36 / 48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the\nemployment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts\npicked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be\nflexed as needed for hospital census decrease / decreased resource need without\npenalty.\nContract RN / LPN team members are expected to actively\nparticipate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare\nfuture nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education\nresponsibility is expected in addition to / alongside the provision of clinical\ncare practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
