Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol Specialist in Paramus, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a welcoming environment. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, assisting visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with guests and team members. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
