• Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
• Answer questions related to homeowners insurance, payments, and coverage
• Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls
• Solve problems with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50 / hr.
