job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCoordinate service resources Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability Schedule warranty work from other departments in the company Order equipment and materials for the field Interact with the warehouse and shipping department, as necessary - notify responsible parties when parts have arrived Prepare presentations and confidential financial documents Set up new jobs for review and execution and maintain documentation throughout the course of the job Answer phone to assist customers and technicians Assist with proposals, making copies of drawings, acquiring permits, obtaining special project job numbers and submittals Assist with administrative duties to Account Managers Assist with the creation of employee accounts in multiple company databases Correspond with various departments within the company Provide basic IT troubleshooting Perform other duties as assigned 1 - 2 years' administrative experience in a construction environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience HS diploma or GED equivalent Proficient in MS Office Suite Proficient communication interpersonal / organization skills Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills Must adhere to all company policy and procedures Must be available to work assigned schedules and extended hours as needed including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment Position may require visits to construction site This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines May require infrequent travel (typically not overnight) Prior military experience
