Job Description :

Assist Physical Therapists with the implementation of treatment plans for patients with mobility and functional challenges

Deliver therapeutic exercises and modalities to support patient recovery

Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations

Instruct patients and caregivers on follow-up home care routines

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized patient outcomes

Maintain cleanliness and order in the therapy department

Adhere to safety regulations and facility procedures

Education and Certification Requirements :

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active PTA license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain)

CPR Certification

Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting preferred, but not required
