IT Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities :

• Perform desktop support functions including laptop / PC imaging and setup.
• Deliver and configure new laptops / PCs for users, including data transfer and M365 cloud services connection.
• Install and configure software.
• Manage and resolve Incident / Request tickets using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot printers and provide Windows 11 support with M365 application suite.
• Perform basic Wi-Fi / network troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware assets and maintain stockroom inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on delivering a best-in-class user experience.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and managing time well.
• Communicate clearly and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Experience working in a plant / manufacturing environment is a plus.
