Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal , a physician-led, multi-specialty surgical group, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient primary care while also participating in inpatient rounding for general surgery patients at affiliated hospitals.

Position Highlights

  • Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed (Flexible)
  • Schedule : Full-Time (Part-Time available) with flexible hours
  • Location : Primary clinic in Montclair, satellite clinic in Covina, CA
  • Care Setting : 50% Outpatient clinic with 50% inpatient rounding for general surgery patients
  • Candidate Eligibility : Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting base salary : $270,000 / year (W2, negotiable)
  • Open to productivity-based compensation models

    Clinic hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM (Lunch 121 PM)
