SCO Attendant
The responsibilities of the SCO Attendant include supervising the self-checkouts, assisting customers in processing orders, including cashiering and loss prevention. The SCO Attendant also responds to complaints with genuine concern, learns about our Producers and Makers and assist the Customer Service Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

- Assists in performing product scanning and processing of customer's orders in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner.
- Ensures proper handling of all forms of tender and coupons.
- Performs fixed activities as assigned by supervisor
- Directs customer traffic.
- Assists with any pricing issue.
- Assists with stocking merchandise around the checkout area
- Assists with register maintenance, cleaning and replenishing supplies
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
- Follows safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
