What You'll Do

Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Implement appropriate interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
Evaluate and document patient progress throughout the shift.
Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and changes in patient condition.
Complete required documentation, including patient charts and event reports.
Promote professional development for yourself and team members.
Ensure patient safety through proper use of equipment and adherence to protocols.

What You'll Bring

Current RN license in Illinois.

ACLS certification within 1 year and BLS certification within 30 days.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Salary, Shifts & Location

The compensation for this position ranges from $69,305 to $119,195 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is for the 8P shift at our Peoria location.
