Claims Supervisor - Licensed

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor to lead a liability claims team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with organizational standards

Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in General Liability

5+ years of supervisory experience
