Bilingual Hr Coordinator

A leading food manufacturing facility in the Newburyport area is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator(English / Spanish) to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to a collaborative, employee-focused culture. This individual will play a key role in supporting HR operations and policies, managing hourly recruitment, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly rolesincluding job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
• Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, providing support in both English and Spanish
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper data entry into HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems
• Support HR programs such as open enrollment, training, engagement surveys, audits, and internal communication
• Assist with the preparation of documentation for new hires, terminations, and other employee lifecycle changes
• Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant federal, state, and local laws
• Coordinate with external staffing partners for temporary labor needs
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
