• 10+ yrs Job Description Solution Design : Architect and design Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Talend tools while ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance standards.

Design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using Talend (Data Integration).

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work closely with data architects and analysts to implement scalable data pipelines.

Optimize and troubleshoot existing ETL processes for performance and reliability.

Integrate data from various sources (SAP ECC, S4) including databases, APIs, and flat files.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and working with large datasets.

Experience in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Familiarity with other ETL tools, scheduling tools, and CI / CD processes is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Perform upgrades, maintenance, and configuration in Talend environments.

Logical Thinkers who can develop end-to-end ETL solutions, not just monitor or support.

Problem-Solvers who enjoy working on complex integrations and data-driven challenges.

Preferred Qualifications : Talend certification(s).

Experience with Talend Big Data or Talend Cloud.

Prefer someone that has supported a Contract Manufacturing environment with SAP as the ERP as the more senior resource HCLTech is not the employer for this role.

This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provides services to HCLTech and / or its clients.
