We are searching for the best talent for a hybrid Manager, Master Data Orchestration, to be located in Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ, Zug, CH, Schaffhausen, CH, Cork, IE, Latina, IT, or Beerse, BE.

Purpose :

As a Manager, Master Data Orchestration, you will have the opportunity to lead a critical function that ensures the success of our product launches and organizational growth. You will work on strategic initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and help drive continuous improvement in how we manage master data to support innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership of Master Data Management (MDM) :

• Own the end-to-end master data management process, ensuring accuracy, governance, and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Develop and implement a master data strategy to support product introductions, lifecycle management, and organizational goals.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of key master data elements, including materials, BOMs, vendors, pricing, and customers.

Team Collaboration :

Master Data Governance and Quality Assurance :
