📍 Norfolk, Virginia
💰 Compensation : $120k–160k

This position is central to leading multiple commercial and industrial structural steel projects across the Mid-Atlantic. By driving safety, quality, and scheduling standards, you’ll ensure site teams are aligned, efficient, and delivering at scale.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 3–5 structural steel projects simultaneously
- Oversee site health, safety, quality, and scheduling compliance
- Act as the main communication link between foremen, project teams, and leadership
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy and execution
- Coordinate deliveries and collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track
- Troubleshoot site issues, manage RFIs, and oversee as-builts
