Redland is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect Project Manager with 8+ years of experience. As a Project Manager, you will oversee, manage, and develop team members in the delivery of landscape architecture projects. Ideal candidates will have a personable and friendly attitude, be proactive, have excellent project delivery skills, and enjoy interacting with clients and other team members. Experience in successfully managing land development projects is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from project visioning to master planning, site design, and construction, including coordination of subconsultants, internal teams, and research activities such as site analysis and data collection.
- Direct preparation of landscape architectural deliverables including graphic exhibits, concept plans, construction plans, project details, and specifications.
- Facilitate and lead work sessions with clients, technical advisory groups, and stakeholders during project phases.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages while ensuring design integrity, consistency, and quality.
- Participate in the project entitlement process, coordinate with review agencies, address plan review comments, and represent the project in key meetings.
- Provide technical oversight and conduct quality assessments of deliverables to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with standards.
- Actively manage project budgeting, staffing, and workflow to achieve schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Supervise and mentor associates by offering constructive feedback, delegating tasks, and promoting accountability.
- Provide leadership and direction as a technical expert and advisor while fostering team growth through mentorship and professional development initiatives.
- Support business development by engaging in client networking, project scouting, and proposal preparation.
- Perform other responsibilities as required to support project and firm success.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture from an LAAB or LAAC accredited curriculum, or six years of combined landscape architecture curriculum and / or work experience.Active Landscape Architecture license in the State of Colorado, or eligibility for reciprocity.Minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in landscape architecture.Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing project teams and consultants.Working knowledge of landscape architectural and land planning practices, including site planning, layout, grading, hardscape, planting, and irrigation.Experience with large-scale master-planned development projects preferred.Site land planning experience a plus.Physical Requirements
This position works in-person at our office in Littleton, Colorado.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer workstation.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Salary
Salary : $100,000 to $125,000 plus bonus opportunities, Depending on experience.
