Overview
Job Title : Quality Engineer
The Quality Engineer is responsible for suggesting and debating alternative methods and procedures to solve quality problems, meet changing market opportunities, and implement continuous process improvement. This role provides direction and leadership to implement Zero Defects principles and focuses on all business processes while embedding the 14 steps of the Quality Improvement Process (QIP) throughout the organization. The Quality Engineer will provide insight and guidance to support the Quality Improvement Team (QIT) and be an active, standing member of the team. Additionally, the position involves developing and analyzing data and information, as well as analyzing product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectations for the finished product. The Quality Engineer will cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and quality system performance goals.

This role is situated in a manufacturing environment that involves welding processes. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 / hr.
