Shift : Evening | 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. As a PRN team member, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, covering various shifts to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring : Monitor and record patient vital signs, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Assistance : Assist with patient assessments and evaluations.
• Wound Care : Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Education : Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
