Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects with a range of complexities and budgets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, purchasing materials, and resource allocation.
• Establish a work plan for each phase of the project and arrange for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Prepare status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, or other stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice and resolve problems by conferring with project personnel.
• Coordinate project activities with subcontractors.

Work Environment

The first project is onsite at an automotive plant in southern AL. The role requires working closely with teams in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment, emphasizing collaboration and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Mobile, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 / yr. Very competitive base salary, bonus potential & more.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Mobile, AL.
