Key Responsibilities

As a MedSurg RN, you will :

Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments and procedures

Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

Provide patient education and emotional support to individuals and their families

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

Uphold infection control and patient safety standards

Participate in discharge planning and transition of care processes

Qualifications

Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license eligible)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum of 1 year of acute care or MedSurg experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to patient needs
