Flux Core Welders Needed!

Locations : Fort Worth & Crowley

1st & 2nd Shift

Pay $21.00 but will be $25.00 once 480 hours has been completed.

Now Hiring – Flux Core Welders for 2nd shift and a few openings on 1st shift

Location : Fort Worth

Shift :

2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 30am Plus overtime 2 : 30 AM or 1st shift 5am - 1 : 30pm plus overtime 3 : 30pm

Overtime is mandatory

Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced Flux Core Welders to join a leading manufacturer specializing in utility poles / monopoles / guardrail components. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and earn competitive pay based on your performance.

Job Details :

Perform Flux Core welding using 1 / 16" or .052 wire

Welding structural steel components for utility applications

Maintain high standards for weld quality, safety, and efficiency

Weld Test Requirements :

1G or 2G Bend Test

V-Groove with Backing Bar on 1” Plate

Pay Rate :

$21.00 per hour, after 480 hours pay jumps to $25.00

Requirements :

Experience with Flux Core welding (heavy gauge material)

Ability to pass the required weld test

Reliability and flexibility for mandatory overtime
