Seasonal Hub Operations Manager

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Hub Operations Manager! As an Seasonal Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

Location Details : 2459 Almond Avenue, Redlands, CA 92374

Pay Target : $68,000 - $118,000 annually, depending on experience

Shift : Tuesday - Saturday from 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

The Must-Haves :

• GED / Diploma required; college degree preferred
• Four years of experience in logistics and / or transportation or can be less if a college degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
• Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
