We're currently hiring Full-Time LVNs for Day Shift (6AM-6PM) , working three days per week .

🩺 Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing direct resident care and supporting our mission of excellence.

Key duties include :

Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

Monitoring and documenting changes in resident conditions

Communicating with physicians and families as needed

Performing skilled nursing tasks, such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, and irrigations

Ensuring accurate and timely charting

Ordering medications, supplies, and equipment as prescribed

Advocating for residents and ensuring all care aligns with their individualized care plans

Providing continuous observation and monitoring of critically ill residents

🧓 Our nurses provide compassionate care to geriatric residents who require 24 / 7 skilled nursing support.

✅ What We're Looking For

Current Texas LVN license in good standing

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and follow all state, local, and federal long-term care regulations

Compassion, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to resident care
