Submission Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine / Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• Active CO license - willing to look at candidates who need to obtain a license - PREFERRED
• Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
