Summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Production Clerk for our Euclid, Ohio headquarters to work 1st shift M-F. The Production Clerk will provide key support to manufacturing managers through a variety of administrative functions within the machine division. Responsibilities

  • Assist supervision with generating work schedules.
  • Track and schedule department personnel for all required training.
  • Maintain all Aprisio functions for the department.
  • Assist with piecework postings and maintenance database entries as required
  • Track PTO schedules for departmental personnel.
  • Track rejections and warranty information for the department.
  • Order all office supplies used in the department.
  • Update merit rating scorecards and distribute to employees.
  • Update Machine Division dashboard and reports as needed.
  • Assist with WELD, SafeTrack and project tracking.
  • Must have excellent attendance.
  • Perform secretarial functions for departmental supervision and other duties as required.

Skills, Aptitude, and Abilities

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Must have excellent people, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP, Outlook, Aprisio, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Quality

    Understand the company's Quality Policy, ISO 9001 and how it relates to this job and the department. Understand the quality procedures and ensure that employees are following the procedures.

    Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

    Understand the Company's EHS Policy, ISO 14001 and how it relates to this job. Be aware of OSHA and EPA laws and regulations as well as the Company's Plant Rules and Regulations. Work in a safe manner and observe all company EHS, and JHA procedures. Know that the company EHS procedures are contained in reference books, such as SSW Specifications, Plant Rules and Regulations, and Material Safety Data Sheets, which are located in the tunnel at the security desk. Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS, and JHA procedures.

    Training

    The Supervisor / Manager shall determine when an individual has completed the training and is qualified to perform this job.
