A company is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with global marketing teams to oversee budget execution and manage financial transactions

Reconcile budget plans against actual spend and create reports to track performance and identify risks

Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close processes and refine operational processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of operational experience, preferably in marketing within large corporations

Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and partnering with Accounting and Finance teams

Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets

Familiarity with financial management tools such as Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and Pigment is a plus
