Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Full- Time Interim Real Estate Attorney for a 3-month T-P assignment.

Overview

Our client seeks an experienced interim Real Estate Attorney with experience representing institutional and commercial lenders in complex financing transactions.

Company : Our client is a nationally recognized regional law firm known for its strong real estate, litigation and corporate practices serving a broad range of institutional clients.

Experience : The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience. The role is ideal for someone with strong drafting, negotiating, and deal management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Location : The Client is seeking candidates seeking to work hybrid 3 days in their Roseland, NJ office.

Responsibilities Include :

• Represent institutional and commercial lenders in complex financing matters.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft documents related to commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, leases, and organizational documents.
• Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines.
• Draft and review legal opinions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal process.

Qualifications Include :

Pay Range : $90-$100 hourly
