Revive Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital (formerly VESH of Prosper and Frisco) is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations at our state-of-the-art hospital in Frisco, Texas .

About the Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help shape a growing specialty hospitals success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations including scheduling, staffing, HR duties, and workflow management
Supervise department leads across Nursing, Client Services, and Facilities
Act as a liaison between ownership, doctors, and hospital staff
Collaborate with DVMs and department heads to ensure operational excellence and continuity of care
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for non-DVM staff
Handle conflict resolution, morale, and leadership coaching
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, and state regulations
Manage inventory and vendor relationships
Track KPIs, financial reports, and operational performance
Support client service excellence, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies
Maintain the facilitys professional image and operational readiness
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, management, or veterinary science preferred
3+ years of veterinary management experience (ER / Specialty experience preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Working knowledge of veterinary software and practice operations
Ability to lead by example and foster accountability and positivity
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and motivated by growth and innovation
CVPM certification or active pursuit is a plus
