Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site or remote technical support for hardware and software issues
Set up computer hardware and install or upgrade software
Troubleshoot common IT problems, with a focus on specific desktop operating systems
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in IT support or related field
Familiarity with desktop operating systems
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Relevant certifications in IT support are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in IT is preferred
