Licensed Practical Nurse - Triage

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse - Nights - Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - LVN.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools

Identify and address patient concerns, collaborating closely with providers

Provide telephonic education to patients and ensure quality care during interactions

Required Qualifications

Compact / Multistate Licensure required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active nursing license

A minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience

Extensive experience in telephonic triage

Ability to navigate multiple technological platforms
