Denials Management Specialist Responsibilities :

  • Investigate and resolve denied claims, ensuring precision and adherence to healthcare billing standards
  • Partner with insurance companies and internal teams to appeal denied claims and provide all required documentation
  • Analyze denial trends, identifying root causes, and working towards long-term solutions
  • Leverage your technical knowledge of billing systems and Epic to streamline the resolution of claims
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards, and payer policies

Denials Management Specialist Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in denials and appeals management
  • Proficiency with Epic and billing systems
  • Experience handling hospital claims
  • Familiarity with a variety of payors, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurances
