As the store manager of our repair center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and creating a positive and productive workplace. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive base pay, performance incentives, and a path for advancement.
Your primary work location will be assigned, but you may be asked to assist at the following nearby shops :
- 800 West Patapsco Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21230
- 790 Merritt Blvd, Dundalk, MD 21222
- 1000 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204
What you'll do :
Ensure the store opens and closes on time, maintaining a professional and dependable presenceManage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable shop performanceMonitor and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction ratingsRecruit, train, and develop high-performing service and front-office teamsCollaborate with sales and service leaders to set and achieve ambitious, realistic targetsReview financial performance and operational KPIs; identify and implement strategies for improvementEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal automotive regulationsOversee inventory management to align with service needs and local market demandsContribute to marketing efforts and community engagement to build brand visibility and customer loyaltyWhat we're looking for :
3+ years of successful experience in automotive service, sales, or dealership managementStrong understanding of profit and loss analysis and operational performance metricsDemonstrated leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, tools, and industry trendsWhy join Meineke?

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
