• Two Part Time Positions.
• You are paid for every hour on-site, not by session.
• Shift 1 - Wednesday and Saturday 1 pm to 6 pm
• Shift 2 - Friday 2 pm to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.
• Performs medical massage.
• Document performed treatment.
• Able to assess and develop a treatment plan and session approach on the fly based on intake form information and interview with client.
• Ability to discern client comfort during a session and make adjustments.
• Judge the best physical approach (modality(ies), tools, etc) to treat client issues.
• Communicate clearly and establish rapport with client.
• Continue post treatment communication to determine the client's response to treatment.
• Evaluate and develop needed treatment plan changes based on feedback.
• Mat based experience preferred or a willingness to learn.
• Hot Stone experience preferred or a willingness to learn.
• Willing to train new therapists.
• The successful candidate will be willing to learn new approaches, eager to grow as a therapist and work collaboratively with the team.
