• , you will work closely with hospital leadership to set medical protocols, foster a culture of teamwork and clinical excellence, and ensure the delivery of compassionate, cutting-edge emergency and critical care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide medical leadership and collaborate with the management team
• Mentor and support emergency doctors and technicians
• Oversee medical protocols and ensure compliance with best practices
• Drive continuing education, case reviews, and quality improvement
• Lead by example through high-quality clinical care and teamwork

What We're Looking For :

• DVM or equivalent degree required
• 5+ years of emergency veterinary experience (critical care or ECC residency a plus)
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for high-quality patient care and team development
