What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Directly plan, develop, and present training programs for Claims staff and managementProvide coaching and support to enhance employee performance and meet claims objectivesConduct assessments of employee skills and recommend developmental action plansDevelop and implement training initiatives for both classroom and one-on-one settingsMaintain ongoing communication between training departments and operational unitsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience4-6 years of experience in claims handling and / or corporate trainingAdvanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsModerate analytical and quantitative skillsValid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles recordHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
