job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDirectly plan, develop, and present training programs for Claims staff and management Provide coaching and support to enhance employee performance and meet claims objectives Conduct assessments of employee skills and recommend developmental action plans Develop and implement training initiatives for both classroom and one-on-one settings Maintain ongoing communication between training departments and operational units Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4-6 years of experience in claims handling and / or corporate training Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Moderate analytical and quantitative skills Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Access Familiarity with claims and negotiation techniques, technology, and customer relations management
