A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests to provide assistance and support
Document all interactions in the Call Center database and arrange for product repairs as necessary
Escalate issues when warranted and perform various other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
Previous call center experience is a plus
Familiarity with database applications and spreadsheets is advantageous
Experience with Windows navigation and Win CE operation systems preferred
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
