Job Summary
The Planner will work amongst other teams and with the Supervisor & AMD to plan, execute and maintain multichannel plans for La-Z-Boy, both nationally and locally (linear / OTT for local). Daily / ongoing collaboration will be required across account, investment and analytics teams to deliver on client objectives and goals. Position reports to a Supervisor / AMD / Group Director and will manage an Assistant Media Planner. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, resourceful and able to provide foundational planning support for the team. The role requires multichannel planning experience, including national / local TV and digital (display / video / programmatic / direct). Experience with other channels is a plus. This candidate needs to be able to thrive on a fast-paced retail account and be able to write recommendations, campaign recaps, POVs, etc. independently once established on the team. Requires careful attention to detail and excellent organization and communication skills. Must be able to multitask, possess strong analytical skills and be able to think strategically / creatively. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge is mandatory, as well as experience with MRI-Simmons, comscore, Kantar / Pathmatics and Nielsen R&F / planning tools. Experience with eTelmar suite preferred, as well as Prisma / Media Ocean. While the candidate will be executing 360 integrated planning, they will work alongside a team of digital specialists for the digital portions of those plans.

This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
The salary range for this opportunity is $67,000 - $70,000 for candidates who align closely with requirements and expectations.
