Our Front Desk Coordinator ensures a welcoming, organized, and professional environment while supporting daily operations across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.Support the HR, Scheduling, Nursing, and Recruiting departments with administrative tasks.Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department.Maintain accurate records and update client and caregiver information in our database.Stay organized while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.Coordinate communication between departments and caregivers to ensure smooth operations.Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies.Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining staff credentials.Keep the front desk, meeting and orientation areas organized, clean, and presentable.Support office operations to enhance client and caregiver satisfaction.On-Call Requirement :
After training, participation in an on-call rotation once every 34 weeks is required. This is separate on-call compensation.
Experience :
Front desk or administrative experience (1 year preferred)Healthcare experience (preferred)Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to learn the WellSky platform and use basic office equipmentCompassionate and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a teamState Requirements (Florida)
Highschool diploma or equivalentValid Drivers License and Auto InsuranceSecond form of ID (Social Security Card or Passport)Current or willingness to complete CPR Certification (hands-on class)TB Test within the last 6 months or willingness to obtainCompletion of Level 2 Background Screening for the state of FloridaSchedule
Monday to Friday 9am-5pmOn-call rotation every 34 weeks (after training)
