As a Director of Music Partnerships on our growing Stand Together Music, Sports & Entertainment (STMSE) Team, you will play a key role in advancing our mission to drive positive social change by leveraging the unique power of music. You will cultivate long-term relationships in the music and entertainment industry to foster partnerships that drive social impact, identifying and leveraging opportunities to align Stand Together’s priority initiatives and social entrepreneurs with artists, venues, and other music entities to create community-level change. Creating deeper engagement in these important social issues beyond the transactional, the day-to-day duties of this position will include partnership building, managing, and execution, communication updates, strategic planning, and partner-facing meetings.

• The Director of Music Partnerships will need to be located in Los Angeles, CA and will travel frequently to partner locations and to our Headquarters in Arlington, VA.

For this position we anticipate paying $150,000 per year. Actual amount may be higher or lower based on various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
