Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Base Salary : $240,000
  • Bonus Compensation : RVU Production + Quality Bonus Incentives
  • Call Compensation : $48,000 per year
  • Sign-On Bonus : $30,000
  • Student Loan Repayment : $100,000

    • Qualifications

  • Degree : MD / DO
  • Certification : BE or BC in Pediatrics
  • Licensure : Active Louisiana License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience : Welcoming both experienced candidates and new grads
  • Sponsorship : H1b and J1 visa sponsorship available
