RN Resident Surgical / Transplant Unit (Days or Nights)

Full-Time 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Requirements to Apply :

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred)

Current RN license or compact RN license to practice in Oklahoma, or valid temporary license upon hire

Less than one (1) year of RN clinical experience required

Candidates with more than one year of RN experience should apply to Experienced RN postings

Job Overview :

The RN Residency Program offers a comprehensive transition from student nurse to practicing RN. As a Resident, you will :

Provide high-quality nursing care to post-operative and transplant patients

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support surgical recovery

Assist physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures

Document patient progress, communicate care plans, and educate families

Collaborate with clinical teams and delegate tasks to support staff

Attend structured learning sessions and engage in continued professional development
