The IT Business Alignment team at Black & Veatch in the Digital and Information Technology (D&IT) department is seeking a Business Relationship Leader (BRL) will support the Enterprise Evolution, which includes enterprise sales, marketing and communications, global sustainability, enterprise strategy and mergers and acquisitions and partnerships. This role will build and maintain positive relationships with Enterprise Evolution and focus on delivering business value, developing an IT strategic roadmap, owning business critical relationships, and serving as a single point of focus for the interaction between D&IT and Enterprise Evolution.
The Business Relationship Leader (BRL) is a senior-level, strategic business partner responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies. The BRL will focus on delivering business value, owning business critical relationships, and serving as a single point of focus for the interaction between Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) and business partners. The BRL is integral to ensuring decisions regarding D&IT products and services align with strategic business goals and objectives while fostering positive customer experience.
The BRL will contribute to the business leadership team by actively partnering with Enterprise Evolution business peers to determine strategic direction. The BRL will work to identify ways to support and advance business objectives including persistent or significant D&IT operational issues that require resolution.
