Are you an experienced Auto Body Technician looking to join a high-performing team with a reputation for quality and integrity? Collision Service Center, a trusted name in Schaumburg for over 30 years, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our growing, family-owned and operated collision repair facility.

Our shop is independent, family-run, and deeply rooted in the local community. With a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction, we've built our reputation on transparency, precision, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards
  • Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs
  • Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels
  • Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Job Type : Full-time Location : Schaumburg, IL Compensation : Competitive flat-rate pay plus bonuses, based on experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience
  • Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment
  • Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures
  • I-CAR certification (preferred, not required—we’ll help you get it!)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills—a great personality goes a long way in our shop!
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
