Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 school setting to provide comprehensive speech therapy services. The position is contract-based for the current school year, starting as soon as possible and concluding in May.

Location : Waverly, Nebraska

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Caseload : Approximately 60 students aged Kindergarten through 5th grade

Responsibilities include :

Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized speech and language therapy for students in grades K through 5.
Collaborating with educators and parents to support student progress.
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on student progress.
Participating in team meetings and IEP development as required.

Qualifications :

Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Experience working with a pediatric caseload, preferably within school settings.

Understanding of effective communication strategies and student-centered therapy approaches.

Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and documentation effectively.
