We are currently seeking a friendly full-time lab technician to join our busy OB / GYN practice. We are a well-established practice with 3 locations in the Hampton Roads area with 8 physicians, 2 physician assistants, 4 certified midwives, a nurse practitioner, and a full-time marriage and family therapist. We provide point-of-care in-house labs for our patients and perform lab draws / collections for send-out tests.
Testing consists of :
- Microscopic wet mounts and fern tests
- Dipstick urinalysis and manual microscopy
- Urine pregnancy tests
- Glucose and hemoglobin testing via finger-stick method and phlebotomy
- Phlebotomy for various send-out tests
Qualifications :
Education :
License Required :
Monday - Friday. No weekends or nights. Certain holidays off.

Busy OB / GYN practice with 3 locations in the Norfolk, Downtown Norfolk and Chesapeake area. We have 8 physicians, 2 Physician Assistants, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 3 Certified Nurse Midwives.
