Talent Acquisition Specialist
In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, playing a key part in shaping our talented team. Working closely with our Global Director of Talent and Performance Management, you'll collaborate with Business Unit Leaders and Managers to tackle current and future staffing needs. Responsibilities
- Administer full cycle recruiting :
- Promotion create job postings and utilize other creative measures to attract top talent
- Sourcing identify external candidate pipelines in alignment with each position and geography
- Screening resume review and phone screening to match the proper level of qualifications of a candidate to open positions.
- Interviewing determine interview and selection process with hiring team
- On Boarding assistance with offer letters, skill assessments, background checks, and other relevant administration
- Utilization of all recruitment tools included but not limited to Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), 3rd party databases, social media channels, and any other external recruitment tools currently being utilized.
- Responsible for building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, career fairs, and internet sites.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners, hiring managers, and leaders across multiple functional areas to ensure their needs are properly addressed.
- Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. Continually stay current on new and developing sourcing avenues.
- Coordinate on-site interviews, candidate travel, evaluation, and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements.
- Effective collaboration with HR colleagues and processes, insuring effective and seamless on-boarding for successful candidates.
- Maintain and grow our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Assist with the development of our AAP.
- Acts as our brand ambassador whose mission is to help raise brand awareness, ultimately increasing our candidate pool.
- Assists with the creation and updating of job descriptions when needed.
- Collaborate with Global Payroll Manager for administration of referral bonus program.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experienceBachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, or CommunicationsUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment / labor lawsOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; ATS systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plusExcellent communication and people skillsKnowledge of practices and procedures within the recruiting fieldMaintain confidentiality of candidate / new hire informationExcellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Preferred Qualifications
2+ years' experience in HR in a manufacturing environmentKey Relationships
Operations Managers, Site Quality Leaders, Product Managers, Technology, Finance, IT, Sales and ProcurementTravel Requirements
Up to 5%Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will earn a variable compensation including base salary and bonus. Base salary range takes into consideration experience, education, and training. Not to mention all the amazing benefits available for employee selection as well.
