Responsibilities :
- Perform and lead daily repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry for a 200 unit apartment complex.
- Lead unit turnarounds (make-readies) to ensure apartments are rent-ready.
- Assist in managing preventive maintenance schedules for building systems.
- Work alongside Property Manager to coordinate larger projects and vendor work.
- Respond in a timely manner to work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
- Train and guide junior maintenance staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
