This pivotal management role focuses on ensuring the timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement, routing, and occasional quoting of international freight. What You Will Do

As the Export Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire export function for your assigned region and team. Your core duties will include :

Leadership & Team Management :

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an assigned export team, fostering a strong, positive, and collaborative environment.
• Manage workload distribution and task assignments for both HQ and remote staff members.
• Develop measurable statistics and performance goals for the team, preparing and presenting monthly departmental results to leadership.
• Conduct weekly departmental meetings to maintain alignment and address challenges.
• Ensure all team members are following established operational processes and responding to clients quickly and effectively.
• Take a lead role in problem resolution and be ready to step in with a hands-on approach when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
